Production Manager Training
The Elevated Roofing Production Manager Training Course is based on Elevated Roofing’s Production Manager SOPs and teaches the core responsibilities required to manage roofing projects from sales handoff to completion. The course follows the actual production workflow used at Elevated Roofing.
Training includes pre-production planning, scope and document review, scheduling, material ordering and delivery coordination, subcontractor communication, on-site oversight, safety standards, quality control checks, job documentation, and internal reporting. Emphasis is placed on consistency, accountability, and executing company systems correctly.
By completing this course, Production Managers will understand how to manage multiple jobs, prevent common production issues, protect timelines and margins, and ensure every project meets Elevated Roofing’s quality and customer experience standards.
